With a Little Bit of Gold & a Pager

So ever since I have been back in the CO I have been waiting for that moment in which I feel like this is the right place for me to be.  At least for this point in my life.  Well, I finally felt it the other day.  It was actually about a week ago but I am just remembering it now.  I was driving home from Denver in the morning, slightly hungover.  I was taking the usual drive down Downing through Wash park and all the old homes.  I saw people jogging, I saw people on bikes, I saw dogs.  I drove past some yard sales.  I drove past a front yard BBQ.  The sun was bright but the weather wasn't too hot.  I had all the windows down and I was blasting the "Has a Gambling Problem" EP by the Movielife.  After processing all of this, is when I realized that my life is great right now and that it was a good idea to come back to Colorado.  although I still love and miss California dearly.  Craig and I will hopefully be coming out there in late July.  

I move into my place tomorrow!  Living at the parents' house has been good because of the free food, no rent, and all but living on my own in my own place is going to be much better.  I'm especially excited to be living in Denver.  I'll be so much closer to a lot of my friends, venues, bars, etc.  Plus being able to walk/skate to most places is going to be a lot better than using gas.
